Shared Mobile Patrols
We also offer a Shared Mobile Patrol to communities who are close in proximity. This allows a certain area to increase patrolling of their own private security force along with the local police patrols. It also provide a more cost effective way to add mobile patrol when otherwise was not in the budget. Sharing the cost with other properties will give you and those partnering properties full services and a fraction of the cost.
Calls for Service
Our patrol units not only provide a visual deterrence, but can keep a watchful eye on the properties of the community. Our officers become your private police force and can respond to minor incidents to eliminate calls to the police, when needed. We respond to: Noise Complaints, Alarm Sounding, Well Fair Checks and more.
Alarms
When an alarm has sounded from your property and the central station has dispatched local police, they can also call your security patrol officer, who is more than likely seconds away from your home. Our officers have been trained how to respond to alarms and how to maintain a locked down perimeter until the police arrive.
Some Police Departments charge for response to private homes when there is a false alarm. Many of our communities advise the Central Monitoring Service to contact your Security Team prior to the police. Our officers are also trained to walk the exterior of your property and check doors and examine points of entry to communicate our findings to the home owner and elect if they wish for the police respond.
Vacation Checks and Summer Properties
Going on Vacation? You should go away without concern and enjoy the well deserved time off knowing that your property is safe when WatchDog is on the job. Our mobile patrol units can provide periodic checks of your home and property to ensure all is secure.
Locking up for the Summer? Summer homes are frequently targeted by the bad guys and squatters. WatchDog will visit the property at frequencies you choose to check the residence and inventory and physical property you wish. We also conduct walk throughs to ensure there are no apparent water leaks and/or damage due to storms. Having the extra layer of security and property management is key to having peace of mind.
